Hi everyone, long time no chat! Finals season is upon me here at school, so sadly I have been a bit swamped with paper writing. Something fun however that I was able to do in one of my classes was take a tour of Murrayfield stadium. This is the rugby stadium in Edinburgh, and it is where the Scottish rugby team plays. The class I am in is called sports event tourism. We went to learn about the stadium and how it makes money, which was very cool! Since my major is about event planning, we learned about the events that go on at the stadium. Some of these include business meetings, conferences, and weddings. As is the case in most stadiums, there are different size boxes that overlook the field. The box that I found most fascinating was the smallest one. It only holds around 15 people.
